1. A certificate you can verify

Every diamond should come with an independent grading report, and you should be able to check that report yourself. Every SAMA diamond comes with a GIA or IGI report. Our diamond specialist’s guide explains how to read one and confirm it’s genuine.

2. A clear look at the actual design

Look for photos of the ring from more than one angle, including the side, where details like a hidden halo or the shape of the band show. Our product pages include photos and, for many designs, a video. If a detail matters to you and you can’t see it, ask.

3. A return window you can actually use

Read the return policy before you fall in love. At SAMA, eligible engagement rings and wedding bands can be returned within 30 days of the date your ring ships, with a complimentary UPS return label. That includes rings you design in our ring builder. Bespoke designs, resized or engraved rings, and worn pieces are final sale.

4. A warranty that covers how it’s made

A lifetime warranty should stand behind the craftsmanship for as long as you own the ring. Ours covers manufacturing defects for life. Loss, everyday wear and accidental damage aren’t covered by any jeweler’s warranty, which is why many people also insure their ring separately.
