At SAMA, we want you to love your jewelry. If you're not
completely satisfied, you may return eligible engagement rings and wedding
bands within 30 days of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned
or exchanged, including:

Customized
designs
-
Modified
or resized rings
-
Engraved
jewelry
-
Jewelry
that has been mishandled or shows signs of wear

Jewelry
that has been repaired or altered by a third-party jeweler
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us – Call our customer care team at 332-295-2110 to request a return authorization number and receive a complimentary UPS return shipping label.
- Package Your Jewelry Securely – Place the item in its original packaging along with any accompanying documentation.
- SAMA requires each diamond certificate to be included with any returned diamond. These grading reports are expensive to replace and you will be charged a replacement fee of $250 if you do not include the certificate with your return.

If
the original packaging is unavailable, place the ring/jewelry box inside
a small UPS Priority box, seal it, and then place it inside a medium
UPS Priority box for added protection.
- Ensure any previous shipping labels or barcodes are crossed out or covered.
- Label & Ship – Write your return authorization number (found in your return confirmation email) on the outside of the box.

Ship
with Proof of Insurance – Drop off your package at a UPS Staffed Location and request a receipt to confirm - the shipment. This receipt serves as proof of insurance.

and UPS are not responsible for packages left in UPS Drop Boxes or
non-UPS staffed locations.

insurance coverage is guaranteed when using our provided return
label and following the packaging instructions above.
Refund Processing
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (excluding shipping costs) within approximately 5-7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time. If you paid with Affirm, your refund will be processed through Affirm. Learn more
- Exchanges will be processed once the original item has been received and inspected.
