SAMA is committed to the quality and craftsmanship of our engagement rings and wedding bands. We offer a free lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects to ensure your jewelry remains as beautiful as the day you received it.

How to Request a Warranty Inspection

If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, follow these steps to request an inspection:

1. Contact Us – Email customercare@rocksama.com with:

   • Clear photos and a short video showing the issue.

   • A brief description of how the damage occurred.

2. Submit a Deposit – A $50 deposit is required before shipping your item to SAMA. This deposit covers:

   • Round-trip insured shipping.

   • A professional inspection by our jewelers to determine if the damage qualifies under warranty.

3. Ship Your Jewelry – After receiving confirmation, follow the provided shipping instructions to send your item to SAMA for inspection.

Warranty Coverage & Repairs

• If the issue is a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the item free of charge, and your $50 deposit will be refunded.

  • Replacements are a one-time courtesy.

• If the damage is not deemed a manufacturing defect but is repairable, SAMA will:

  • Provide a repair quote.

  • Apply the $50 deposit toward the repair cost if you approve the quote.

  • Return the item free of charge if you decline the repair, with your deposit refunded.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The lifetime warranty does not cover:

• Repairs or alterations performed by third-party jewelers (this will void the warranty).

• Lost center stones, lost jewelry, or theft.

• Normal wear and tear, including:

  • Prongs catching, bending, or wearing down, which can lead to stone loss.

  • Metal discoloration caused by chemicals, cosmetics, swimming, or cleaning agents.

  • Damage due to impact, extreme force, or harsh conditions.

To maintain the integrity of your jewelry, regular maintenance and repairs due to wear and tear are recommended.

Warranty Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the warranty:
Jewelry must be properly stored and handled (e.g., stored separately in a jewelry box).
Jewelry must not be exposed to harsh chemicals or extreme force.
The original purchaser must initiate the claim (the warranty is non-transferable).
